Child Dedication

Child dedication is an important and biblical step in the raising of a child.

If you are interested in taking this important step of dedicating your child, please:

1) Read this Child Dedication Handout explaining the purpose of child dedications and how we normally do them

2) Complete and submit this application

As a child dedication is a public declaration of commitment, we love to record video and take pictures to celebrate the big day and as a way to encourage others to take the same step! Therefore, we ask you to consider providing your consent for you and your child below by ticking the boxes.

We would also appreciate you completing this general photo and video release form online for future photos or videos if you can. Thanks!
